Our mission is to plant seeds of hope in the lives of those who are hurting or overwhelmed by life’s difficult challenges. Our calling is to walk alongside people and to empower them to grow into all that God has for them.

Welcome to Seeds of Hope Therapy, we’re so glad you’re here. Our approach is rooted in compassion, empowerment, faith, and a Biblical worldview. We believe that even in life’s hardest seasons, healing begins with just one small seed of hope. Every day, clients come carrying the weight of their struggles, overwhelmed by life, simply needing a safe place to lay it down and someone to help hold it. We exist to provide that space: where clients feel seen, deeply understood, and empowered.

Serving Southern Wisconsin and beyond, Seeds of Hope Therapy offers trauma-informed, virtual sessions with plans to expand to in-person sessions in the near future. We support teens and adults navigating mental health challenges, trauma, and addiction. We offer talk therapy, EMDR, and life coaching.

Our approach honors both emotional and spiritual healing, as well as life coaching to those with trauma histories, dysfunctional family upbringings, and people with physical disabilities to help you find the freedom, healing and independence you desire. Our goal is to help you draw closer to God, process spiritual, relational or emotional wounds and challenge your thought processes to be in alignment with things of Christ. We believe growth isn't about quick fixes—it's about planting seeds of hope and walking alongside you as you learn to water them with confidence.

Wherever you are on your journey, you're welcome here. Come as you are—and leave with hope.
