I have my Undergrad in Social Work from UW-Whitewater, Master's in Social Work from George Williams College, and Substance Abuse Counselor License from UW-Madison. I have experience working in a hospital setting as a group therapist in a rehab facility setting for partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs in the areas of mental health and substance abuse. I've also done group therapy for kids and teens at an adolescent day treatment center. I worked at an after school program developing and running their middle school junior staff program. I also worked at an advocacy center for teen and adult survivors of domestic or sexual violence, helping assist their recovery process.

Each session is 60 minutes.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for non emergencies, and a $100 broken appointment fee for same day cancellations for a non-emergency.

At Seeds of Hope Therapy LLC, we believe mental health care should be affordable to as many people as possible. Self pay is always an option, full fee being $170 for an intake, $150 per session, with grants available for financial hardship.
